
As part of my diet, ideally, I should only consume decaffeinated coffee (or tea). As I mentioned yesterday, I am sticking to this diet religiously and I have moved to decaf coffee. As a result, I have developed the mother of all headaches.
Other than that, although I am as hyngry as a wolf, I am pleased with my diligence and I am hoping this time I will be able to see some results.
This is day 3 of 3 shakes and a home made vegetable soup. That is about 800 calories! Not doing any exercise does help.
From tomorrow, will be replacing one shake with a normal meal. Yeahhhhyyy!!
